The overall mission of Medical Acoustic Concepts Laboratory (MACLab) is to conduct novel research and  development of medical ultrasonic devices and imaging processing techniques for diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Design and fabrication of general and  dedicated medical ultrasound transducers and systems, researches for molecular imaging and functional imaging to provide more useful clinical information are our primary research focus.
